Saga

In Partnership with Regent Electrical distributors & Marshall Tufflex Uniq created a system to allow Saga to view their energy consumption for their head office at Endbrook Park live on line. With the first stage completed in December 2013, February 2014 will see the system double in size to monitor all the major plant as well as adding  gas and water monitoring.

ECF

Environmental Control Film, offer window film solutions to reduce glare and solar gain. This intern reduces the necessity or load on properties Air conditioning systems. Uniq Solutions have worked together with Clients such as Claridges, Lloyds Bank, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, The Cavendish hotel and many more to help demonstrate to clients the savings which can be made.

When requested Uniq Solutions provide live monitoring to two rooms or areas at ECF client properties. ECF film one area and both the equivalent second area. By monitoring the temperature and energy consumption of the air conditioning system in both areas the client can view live and create reports to show what the actual savings would be.

For many clients this can run in to tens of thousands of pounds each year.

Working together with one of the worlds leading fork lift truck manufacturers Uniq Solutions have supplied and installed our monitoring system to allow the company to understand where the energy is being used and how to best implement new systems to reduce waste and cost.

ECF-Banking offices

Working With ECF, Uniq Solutions installed a system to monitor the effect of applying window film to one of their head offices in Bristol, UK. The affect of the film was dramatic on the staff comfort and energy reduction. The live monitoring system displayed the affect of the sun through the full height windows throughout the day and the difference this would make to once the film was fully installed.

Claridges

Claridge’s, the most iconic 5 star hotel in Mayfair is a world of design and flawless service.

Uniq Solutions were first invited to assist in a project to verify the potential benefits of window film in the hotel penthouse suites. With the aid of our monitoring systems the window film installation proved to reduce the energy cost of the air conditioning whilst improving the comfort of their guests and minimising the damage to furniture caused by solar glare .

Uniq Solutions have since extended the solution to monitor key plant and the water tanks for the hotel.  The very experienced facilities team can now view live information with automated reports to enhance their compliance requirements.
