The Engineering Audit primarily focuses on Mechanical and Electrical Plant.

A full asset register is commissioned (where required) and a condition report with full service and maintenance recommendations is produced. All belts, filters, service history etc are also part of the report.

We can also look at, and report on, the engineering systems and highlight where best practices could be used to increase plant life and reduce costs. Service supplier costs can be reviewed, and where service quality can be improved at no additional (or reduced) cost, further recommendations would be made.

Where service levels and KPI’s are not being maintained, alternative suppliers can be recommended.
